Others find their journey takes them a bit longer and choose to embark on a plan over 6 or 9 weeks with follow up check ins as needed during the months that follow.

We can then schedule meet-ups ( I like to call them "Illuminations" at a frequency that best suits your needs, timing and budget.

What Happens in a Coaching Session? 


We will schedule get togethers at a frequency that best suits your needs. Sessions will start with you bringing forward a topic for consideration. Together we will affirm where you want to go with that issue in the time available. We then have a guided conversation. Generally each meeting ends with a recap of the options to which you have committed. 


I will ask you to consider what measures you can use to indicate the success of our coaching meetings. I will also ask you for frank feedback on what is or is not working for you in our get togethers. 

If you are keen to learn, evolve and engage in the coaching process with me, I ask that you start our coaching sessions with an open mind. Success is defined by building one’s strengths into affirmative outcomes.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a willing individual or individuals, which connects the deep personal level of beliefs, values and vision in a confidential and respectful environment.

Coaching supports high functioning leaders and managers to bridge the gap 
to their next level of success. It therefore makes sense that these techniques are applicable to anyone wanting to move forward with an issue. Success is defined by building one’s strengths into affirmative outcomes.

The best way to understand the power of coaching is to experience it. We ‘learn by doing’
