Like many people I've been creating a vision board every year for the past decade. I keep them to remind myself of the things I dared to dream and watch as they transformed into my reality.
Trips to destination around the world seemed to present themselves within a few short months.
Collaborations with like minded individuals.
Animals a new puppy emerged from a vision board, the exact breed of dog, the name of my new puppy and an experience to travel a few hours away and pick up him up all presented to me with ease.
There are several ways to make a vision board. Choose the one that works best for you. Even the simple ways of using a cork board and push pins to attach photos (from magazines) words or phrases that bring your vision to life or create a virtual vision board online with Canva.
My preferred method is using a poster board, glue stick, lots of pictures from magazines, words, phrases, affirmations and personal photos. Cutting, laying the story of images, choosing the words with meaning and letting the vision unfold in it's unique way is what I love best.
Then when it's finished I place it in a frame and look at it everyday. The photos seem to take on a mind of their own and it's truly fun to see the things come to light in reality.
