We will schedule get togethers at a frequency that best suits your needs. Sessions will start with you bringing forward a topic for consideration. Together we will affirm where you want to go with that issue in the time available. We then have a guided conversation. Generally each meeting ends with a recap of the options to which you have committed.


I will ask you to consider what measures you can use to indicate the success of our coaching meetings. I will also ask you for frank feedback on what is or is not working for you in our get togethers.
